Beautiful Encounter will begin with an evening session on the 14th of March. On Saturday, the sessions will begin in the morning at 9:30AM and conclude by 4:30PM.

The sessions are intended to be child-free, with females aged 11 and above in attendance. Parents room facilities are also unavailable.

There will only be one ticket option available for purchase. If you are only able to attend one of the days, the same ticket will need to be purchased as well. The ticket purchased will be for your physical attendance at Beautiful Encounter as the sessions will not be streamed online.

There will be a short morning tea break and an hour-long lunch break on the Saturday. With a variety of options for food in Sunway Pyramid mall to choose from, you are encouraged to gather together during these times. Food will not be provided at the Convention Centre on either days.

Kuala Lumpur (KUL) has 2 airport terminals – KLIA and KLIA2. Please note that both terminals are in different locations so do check with your respective airline which airport you will be landing in and departing from to avoid any hassle on your end. Kuala Lumpur International Airport is located approximately 50 minutes from Sunway but travel time may differ depending on traffic.

Alternatively, Subang Airport (Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport, SZB) also caters to flights that are from closer, neighbouring countries and states. This airport is located approximately 15 minutes from Sunway without traffic.

The easiest way to get around in Kuala Lumpur is via Grab. The Grab mobile app is available for download on all smartphones, and provides transportation, food delivery, and payment services.

We would recommend that you download the app before you arrive in Kuala Lumpur and have a working credit card linked to your account, so that you have it ready for use as soon as you arrive.

Beautiful Encounter will be held at Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre, which is conveniently located within Sunway City, home to Sunway Pyramid Mall and 3 distinct Sunway Hotels & Resorts (Sunway Resort Hotel, Sunway Pyramid Hotel & Sunway Lagoon Hotel). Alternatively, you may consider Airbnb accommodation options close by as well along with smaller boutique hotels just across from Sunway.
