Our heart is to see every teenager in the room. Please speak to your local Kids or Youth Leader about available sponsorships.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we are unable to refund tickets. Please reach out to your local Youth Pastor if you need further clarity.

During the Conference, meals and snacks will be available for purchase, and we will make every effort to provide options that cater to common dietary restrictions. We also recommend that attendees bring their own water bottle.

The Conference is designed and suitable for all young people turning 11 -18 in 2026. We believe that it will be a safe and nurturing environment for your child to grow in their faith and build new Godly connections.

We take the safety and well-being of all attendees very seriously. Our team of experienced leaders and volunteers will always be present to supervise and support your child. We also have a comprehensive safeguarding policy in place to ensure that all attendees are protected. All attendees will also be assigned to a Youth Coach for the duration of the Conference.

We encourage children to keep their belongings with them at all times. In the event that an item is misplaced, a Lost Property area will be available for them to check.

No, the Conference is designed specifically for young people. We understand however that you may want to drop off or pick up your child, and we will have a designated area for parents to do so. Please note that we will have a team of experienced leaders and volunteers who will be supervising and caring for your child during the Conference, and we will always ensure their safety and well-being. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Yes. Wherever possible, your child will be with local Kids and Youth Coaches, so they can feel comfortable and well cared for during the Conference.

There will be opportunities to do activities in their allocated clans with their Coach, however during the sessions and breaks, your child will be able to sit and eat with their friends.

We are mindful that Conferences can feel overwhelming for some children. A designated quiet zone will be available for Warriors with Kids Coaches present for supervision and care.

We are happy to accommodate Carers and Support Workers for children with special needs. Please let your local youth leader know if a carer will be accompanying.
